This website (RarePours.com) and its services are intended for the use of persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Persons under twenty-one (21) years old are prohibited from using our website or services in any way. By ordering any item from Rare Pours, you guarantee that you and any order recipients are at least twenty-one (21) years old.
1 bottle: $21.99
2–3 bottles: $25.99
4–6 bottles: $29.99
7+ bottles: For more than six bottles, sellers work directly with Rare Pours to determine shipping fees or alternate forms of delivery from our facility` Please contact us to begin this discussion.
To comply with various laws and regulations, Rare Pours uses a network of fulfillment partners to ship your purchased bottle(s) to you. Typically, orders are fulfilled within forty-eight (48) hours from purchase and shipped via UPS Ground.
P.O. boxes, military bases, and mailbox/shipping locations, such as FedEx, UPS, or Walgreens, are not valid addresses for Rear pours shipments
Once your order is fulfilled, Rare Pours transfers your bottle(s) to the carrier selected by Rare Pours. At this point, you receive an email with tracking information, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Every Rare Pours shipment requires a signature for delivery. As stated above, only persons twenty-one (21) years of age or older may purchase from Rare Pours. Additionally, only persons age 21+ can sign for the delivery of a Rare Pours shipment. AN ADULT AGE 21+ MUST BE HOME AT TIME OF DELIVERY FOR THE REQUIRED SIGNATURE. Please remember that, as the buyer, you are solely responsible for arranging to be at home or ensuring that another adult age 21+ is home to sign for your package. All signers must have a valid driver's license, passport, military ID, or state ID.
One carrier we often use is UPS. According to UPS policy, they will make three (3) attempts to deliver your Rare Pours shipment. If UPS is unable to deliver it, whether no one answers or no one old enough is at home to sign, they will return it to the sender (i.e., Rare Pours). If the package is sent back to us, we charge you an additional $24.99 USD fee, in order to resend that package to you.
For any order, Rare Pours is not responsible for carrier delays, including those related to inclement weather or a high volume of packages. See more about our weather recommendations in the “Weather” section below.
ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM RARE POURS ARE SOLD “AS IS.” Rare Pours is not responsible for any damage during your purchase's shipment, including but not limited to leaks, blemishes, and temperature damage. If you discover damage to your product from shipping, please contact orders@rarepours.com immediately. Our team can then initiate any appropriate claim with the carrier.
Whenever you are placing an order on Rare Pours, inspecting all photos and the product description(s) of the item(s) is crucial. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for knowing and asking about the disclosed damage, including any damage to the bottle(s) shown in the product listing's photos and/or explained in the product description.
In the event that you are unsure of the condition of a product that you would like to buy, please email our team at info@rarepours.com for a prompt response. We aim to reply to every inquiry within two (2) business days.
Rare Pours is a peer-to-peer selling and auction platform, and as such, we do not offer any returns. As mentioned in this section, as the buyer, you are solely responsible for examining each product's photos and inquiring about any existing damage, as disclosed in the product listing's photos and/or description.
When placing your order, please factor in your location's weather and the potential damages that could occur due to extreme cold or heat. Especially if the weather is not ideal for shipment at the time of your purchase, Rare Pours encourages all buyers to consider using our three (3) months of complimentary storage at our own facility (see "Storage" section below for details).
Rare Pours will email you with the option to postpone your shipment, if we foresee weather issues for your shipment. However, as the buyer, you are solely responsible for considering your location's weather at the time of purchase and shipment. You can reply to our email, authorizing us to ship your bottle(s) in spite of our recommendation to postpone shipment until weather conditions improve.
Every Rare Pours purchase includes three (3) months of complimentary storage at our own facility. Each item is fully insured and correctly stored at your facility.
After the complimentary storage period, you are welcome to sell those bottle(s) on Rare Pours. Otherwise, you will be automatically charged $10 USD per fiscal quarter, per bottle. Your saved payment option will be charged at the beginning of January, April, July, and October of every year. If you do not have a payment method on file, or your payment method has expired, we will reach out to secure one.
If you would like your bottles shipped to you after the complimentary storage period has passed, or whenever your bottle(s) are needed in the future, we will arrange shipping with you.
