Because we have broken new ground with our secure and fully legitimate platform, we attract a wide variety of private sellers—and their one-of–a kind finds. Watch for announcements of exclusive Rare Pours releases from esteemed brands.
We provide two convenient ways to shop:
Buy-Now Marketplace
Access our online, peer-to-peer marketplace anytime. Each listing is live for 30 days, during which you can purchase the bottle(s) at their buy-now price.
Look for the rocket icon for faster delivery, as those bottles are already authenticated and at our facility. On certain listings, you can send the seller your best offer.
Monthly Auction
Explore and bid on sought-after bottles every month. A curated selection of collectible bottles will be open to bids for a limited time, so stay tuned for auction announcements.
Our premier auction is slated for March 2024. Be sure to apply ahead of time to become an approved bidder.

How to Sell Collectible Spirits & Wine

Step 1
Information
We assess your collection and then discuss possibilities with you.
✓ Send your bottle information with our quick form, or accelerate the process with our self-submission tool.
- ✓ Your bottles are initially evaluated based on provenance, fitness for our platform, and more.
- ✓ We work with you to thoroughly catalog your collection. Then, we appraise each bottle’s value and provide our suggested list price.
✓ If approved for sale, we determine one or more ways Rare Pours will list your collection. See ways to sell.
Step 2
Processing
Your listings go live.
✓ Pending your signature of our seller agreement, your listings are activated and trackable in our intuitive seller portal.
- ✓ Before or after their sale, follow our simple instructions to ship your bottles to us. (Bottles assigned for auction must arrive at Rare Pours by a set date.)
- ✓ If your collection is of a certain size or value, we may arrange for custom transportation via Elite Client Services.
✓ Our skilled authentication team performs a hands-on inspection before shipping the bottle(s) to your buyer.
Step 3
Payment
Your listings go live.
✓ If your bottle is still in your possession at time of sale, you will be paid, minus any applicable fees, 48 hours after we receive and authenticate it.
- ✓ If your bottle is already at our facility, you are paid, less any fees, within 48 hours of any sale.
- ✓ For auctions, after the customary 72-hour window for the buyer to pay has elapsed, your payment will arrive within 48 hours.
